Refund policy

EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot do the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back unless we have responded to you accordingly, and confirmed the exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or not in its original form, may not be confirmed for exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless, it has been an oversight on our end.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
